All products supplied by Tile Deals Trade are covered by the applicable New Zealand manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage applies only where products have been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's installation and care instructions.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, environmental conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines is not covered under warranty.
For products with decorative or coated finishes, some New Zealand hard water conditions, mineral deposits, chlorine, coastal environments, and other water quality factors may affect the product's appearance over time. Such conditions are considered environmental factors and are not covered under warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
