Order Quantities
Please ensure you order sufficient quantities for your project. We recommend allowing an additional 10–15% for wastage, cutting, and future replacements where applicable. While Tile Deals Trade will make every effort to supply products from the same batch, this cannot always be guaranteed.
All products are supplied in the manufacturer's standard pack or box quantities.
Customer Pick-Up
For your safety and compliance with New Zealand transport regulations, Tile Deals Trade will only load vehicles within their recommended carrying capacity.
Maximum loading limits:
- Small Cars / Hatchbacks – 200 kg
- Medium Cars – 300 kg
- Large Cars / Medium SUVs – 350 kg
- Large SUVs / Vans – 500 kg
- Pickup Trucks – 650 kg
- Single Axle Trailer (Unbraked) – 450 kg
- Single Axle Trailer (Braked) – 1,000 kg
- Dual Axle Trailer (Unbraked) – 1,000 kg
- Dual Axle Trailer (Braked) – 1,500 kg
In accordance with the Land Transport Act 1998, orders will only be loaded if they do not exceed the legal carrying capacity of the vehicle or trailer. Customers are responsible for securing their load before leaving our premises.
Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.
All products must be installed or used in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions, industry best practices, and relevant New Zealand building standards.
Once products have been installed or used, they are deemed accepted, and claims relating to appearance or product selection cannot be accepted.
SPC Flooring
SPC flooring must be acclimatised, installed, and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Incorrect installation, uneven subfloors, excessive moisture, water damage, direct sunlight, or failure to follow installation instructions may void any applicable warranty.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve an order.
- Stock cannot be reserved without the required deposit.
- Full payment, including any applicable storage charges, must be received before goods are collected or delivered.
- Deposits are refundable only if the order is cancelled within 7 days, provided the goods are not special-order or custom products.
Storage
Storage charges may apply if products are not collected or delivery is delayed beyond the agreed collection or delivery date.
General
By placing an order with Tile Deals Trade, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Tile Deals Trade reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
