- Please check all goods carefully upon receipt. Any damage or missing items must be reported to Tile Deals Trade within 24 hours of delivery, as neither the carrier nor Tile Deals Trade can accept claims after this period.
- Once goods are collected or the delivery docket is signed, responsibility for any damage or loss transfers to the purchaser.
- We always aim to meet requested delivery dates; however, Tile Deals Trade will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or consequential loss caused by delivery delays.
Please unload pallets carefully. Boxes may shift or fall during unloading, so remove one box at a time and secure the remaining boxes on the pallet with tape where required.
